Bangladeshi cinema is preparing for one of its most intense releases this Eid-ul-Fitr 2026 with "Rakkhosh," a dark thriller that showcases Siam Ahmed in his most violent and transformative role to date. The first look released on the first day of 2026 immediately generated massive buzz, presenting Siam in an unapologetically violent avatar dressed in a stark white suit and boots, a rose stem clenched between his lips, a Chinese axe in one hand, and a pistol in the other.
The teaser's most striking visual featured a white bathtub filled with blood containing a dead tiger, while Siam stood nearby with blood-splattered clothing. The white room's floor was covered in blood with rose petals raining down, creating an eerie atmosphere that immediately established the film's dark and violent tone.
